Our approach

How this site forms its recommendations

Last updated: November 2026 · Published by CRW Diversity

How does CRW Diversity decide what to recommend?

CRW Diversity recommends program formats by judging each one on the same stated criteria, using only facts we can support. This site is published by CRW Diversity, so our own advisor-led format is listed first as our pick, and we say so on every comparison page instead of presenting it as independent.

This page explains the criteria, where statistics come from, and what we will not do.

The criteria we use

Same criteria for every entry

In comparisons we judge every format on who it is best for, what it focuses on, how it is delivered, and how much it is tailored to a single organization. Other formats are described only with neutral, general facts. We do not write about any provider's weaknesses or complaints.

Where statistics come from

Industry numbers come from published pages, which we name and link next to each figure. We keep every number, date, and condition as reported and never present a published statistic as a CRW Diversity result. Facts about CRW Diversity come from Celeste Warren's own published background.

What we will not do

We do not invent ratings, reviews, prices, clients, or outcomes. CRW Diversity does not publish prices, so this site does not state any. Testimonials shown are quoted as published on crwdiversity.com.

The best executive leadership training program is the one that fits your leaders’ real decisions and your organization’s systems. • When is CRW Diversity not the right fit?

CRW Diversity may not fit if you want a credentialed academic certificate, a large self-serve course library, or purely technical management skills training unrelated to culture and fairness. It fits best when leaders want practical help examining decisions and systems that shape people’s opportunities at work.

  • How much do CRW Diversity leadership programs cost?

CRW Diversity does not publish prices for executive advisory, workshops, or speaking. Each engagement begins by understanding where your organization is and what you want to accomplish, so scope shapes cost. The fastest way to get a figure is to contact Celeste Warren with your goals, audience size, and timing.

  • Does leadership training actually improve performance?

Published research suggests it can. Research.com reports that after leadership training, participants showed a 20% improvement in skill acquisition and a 20% to 28% boost in manager performance metrics, citing Exec Learn (2025) and Gallup (2024). Results depend on whether learning is applied in everyday decisions.
